Computer crashing... possibly related to wireless receivers

First I need to tell you that I have been referred here from the HJT log forum... I have been completely cleared of malware... you can find that thread here (in case it is of any relevance)

PC continues to crash randomly and has a certain glitch/error that makes the taskbar and title bars of the screen turn black (but can still function as far as I can tell) and when this happens a phaser like noise (going downward in pitch) sounds from the motherboard. It generally lasts a second and corrects itself right away.

We have been switching between two wireless receivers both linksys wireless G

- WUSB54GSC with speedbooster (speedbooster doesnt work, no highspeed usb port)
- WUSB54G (old but is still faithful )

the newest one (gsc) doesnt like to keep a connection.. it will stay connected for about a minute, drop it... then reconnect... which is fine for browsing... but when it comes to online games... its absolutely painful... I dont believe its the router for this reason. Because the older one works fine... and rarely drops the connection.

I'm going to attach the minidump logs from the past couple days... maybe you can find something that TetonBob wasnt able to.

I cant think of anything else I should have told you... if there is let me know

I appreciate the help immensely... thank you!
