Slow connection

so today my internet was fine, but now they are 30ms slower... all my traceroutes are just a little slower to any server. bellsouth isnt helping any... they are horrible, but my speedtests come out the same... 3 mb download, 325k upload fine. anyways, what can i do? all my connections are like 30ms higher in servers in counterstrike.. i can traceroute and they are still slow

Register at DSLReports and run their Line Quality Tests. It's best to run this test with a direct wired connection to eliminate any wireless issues from the results. It's useful many times to run this test several times, and we'd like to see each of the results. Post the results link from the top of the test display page for each test run here.
