ADSL Phone Line Splitting
Hi guys!
I'm having a bit of a problem with my new ADSL Line that was just installd the other day. The problem is that I had a ISDN line running two telephones and the internet. What I could do with the ISDN is that I could go on the internet and receive a call on one of the lines and while busy with that someone els could make a call from my second line or I could receive another call on the second line and it was all done with the one Telkom cabel and a Phone splitting modem. Now with the new ADSL line I can go on the internet and only receive one call at a time. Witch means when Someone els pick up the second line they can hear my conversation. I need some advice on this subject please. Thank you! Klona

Re: ADSL Phone Line Splitting
You only get one phone link with a single ADSL line. If you need another one, consider an inexpensive VoIP service to add additional lines. I have ViaTalk and they have a deal for $10/mo for two additional lines.

Re: ADSL Phone Line Splitting
I agree with johnwill, using VoIP you can potentially have many lines if you wish.
