Speaker issue

I had problem on my mp4 cable and put it on my pc to see if it was the sound cable problem or mp4, i pulled off my speaker cable after that i put it back again and my speaker sound is damaged to half its original power please help!i love my speaker! The speaker i use is satellite its different compared to normal speakers its not 2 ch either 4 ch its 3, 2 small and 1 main speaker dont know how to call that type of speaker
