Slow Cricket Laptop broadband speeds
I recently purchased a cricket usb starcomm modem and signed up for their broadband service. Excellent price but it seems the speeds are extremely slow. Today my upload speed is 25kbps with a download speed of 614kbps. Is this typical speeds for this type of service? Sometimes it feels like my dial up is running faster. I am using a Dell Inspiron B130 with windows XP out of the Oklahoma City area. Any support or feedback would be appreciated.
