Gateway problems

Making this topic on behalf of a friend... he uses Sky Broadband and has ALOT of connections problems where his connection will just drop out and he says when he connects it's through a gateway and when it cuts out it's because the gateway has gone. It happens near enough 7:30 every evening but also happens at random. Just would like to know why this happens and wether it can be corrected as playing wow just isn't as much fun without him :P

Sky Broadband 8MG, ran through a router. XP.

Re: Gateway problems

I'd suggest your friend register here and do this debugging in the first person, it's going to be pretty difficult with a middleman.

Re: Gateway problems

Please watch your language, we're a family oriented forum here. Maybe you should read the Tech Support Forum Rules & Conduct about profanity.
