Cant Find my Wireless internet card.

hi, i had some troubles whit my pc so i reinstalled windows but aloth of drivers and programs cant be found like my internet card
this is what the lable says:
Philips,
Type: Tv-Tuner 7134
v.9xdsp dava / fax modem

i dont know why it says tv-tuner but ok... the pc cant find it anymore.
does someone know how i can make my pc find it again???

i use Windows XP Home edition.

i didnt realy see where it is pluged in but it worked before ..
i think i just need the driver ... but i dont have it

uhm yeah i kinda looked at the wrong lable this wasnt from my internet card -.-, i made a new topic cuz i dont know how to edit it, sry.
