internet problems

i have a toshiba laptop and the laptop will not enable me to go on the websites i want to . i have tried to change the internet settings(including the control panal) . but ive no luck

it will help if what kind of website are you going to enter because some programs can block this by your computer like open dns, anti virus and etc. try removing it if you can without interruptions but be warned that if you remove this programs if might affect your computer too this programs are there to protect it....
