Uninstall Help!

Hey all, I'm new here and not the most computer literate person in the world, so please bear with me! I'm trying to uninstall my BT Voyager 100 USB Modem, because I wish to install a new Creative Blaster Modem so that I can play on X-Box Live, as there is not enough ports on the Voyager to do this.
However, everytime I go to uninstall it, this message pops up:

"The Installation wizard has detected that you already have a DSL modem installed.

To remove the exsiting modem software and install your new BT voyager modem, Click Yes.

To cancel, click No."

If I click yes, the box pops up again and again until I press no. Anybody know how to solve this problem? I've tryed removing it using the Add/Remove programs function in the control panel, however it just doesn't respond when I click it. Thanks in advance for your responses.

BTW, here is a (albeit very small) picture of the BT modem:

I would unplug the old modem from the USB port and then try to remove it from the device manager. Reboot and hopefully you should be able to install the new one.
