Internet connection goes away randomly...how do i fix it?

Usually after some time that someone has gotten offline, the internet light on the router goes red and we cannot get on the internet.

How do i fix the problem?

you need to be more specific, did someone change the router's configuration?

try contacting your isp and find out if their connection is ok, tell them your problem and ask for config guidance first, if no luck, post your question again
