Sony erricsson modem "not present"
well my computer at was being worked on at my job and they seemed to have deactivated my laptop modem somehow. I was previously able to pick up wireless signals and now i cannot. When I access my modems through the control panel it says that my Sony Ericsson vdc egprs modem is not present, but my standard is attatched to com4 and data fax is to com3. When I look at my device manager and go to modems it doesn't show there, can anyone help me out? I am writing this from an iPhone, thanks!

Take it back and ask them what they did to it.
