Help! Gateway Offline!

Hey, I'm having problems...
I've been trying to connect 2 laptops on a modem
One with ethernet and another on USB
The cables are not the problem, It's my laptop
Because on the other laptop, any cable works
So I went to cmd(I'm running Vista)
And tiped ipconfig, and here's the data:
