Problem in accessing the webpage for my router configuration

Dear everyone,

I've been trying to access the webpage for configuring my wireless router, I need to change the security setting from WEP to WPA, as some uninvited users have been using my network. I haven't been accessing that webpage which is http://10.1.1.1, for a while. By the way, my router is D-link DSL-G604T
But now when I type in the web address, and then key in the usual username and password, the start page which pops up, would suddenly become frozen!!
I have been checking on all my "internet pop-up blocker" and my "Trend Micro Internet Security", none of them have been shown to block this page.

Urgent help would be appreciated, as I really need to change my security setting. Thank you.

Re: Problem in accessing the webpage for my router configuration

First off, try power cycling the router, just to make sure that's not the issue.

You may have to reset to factory defaults to get it's "mind right" if that doesn't do it.
