dsl problems
Hi all.
My DSL connection hasn't been working very well lately and I'm not sure why. My computer displays the connection as 100 mbps and I'm not sure if it's 768 mbps or 1.5 kbps, but it's definitely not 100. Is there any way for me to find out what the problem might be? There's a light that flashes on my DSL box when the internet is running particularly slow. The light is for the icon of the earth. Thanks in advance. |

Re: dsl problems
100Mbit is the network speed between you and the modem/router. The DSL speed is lower, 768kbit or 1.5mbit. You should call your provider's technical support and ask them to diagnose it for you.

Re: dsl problems
If the DSL light is flashing, you probably have connection issues with your ISP.
