connectivity dialler
Hi, my computer wouldn't let me gain access to the internet through the aol system that I use. I have contacted their helpdesk on several occassions but their "fixes" just aren't working. They told me to uninstall aol and reinstall it. I uninstalled it but when I came to reinstall it it went so far and then said to complete the next part I would need to restart so I clicked on the OK for it to restart and then I got a microsoft error saying there is a problem with the connectivity dialler and it all grinds to a halt. I have tried to do this on several occassions with no success. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.
