Thumbs Down Ip address conflict with another system on the network

There is an ip address conflict with another system on the network msg keeps popping up on my main computer which is a desktop which is connected to a router NETGEAR M814, my laptop which is a wifi cannot get connections at all. I have a static ip address for my main computer because i download with azurues. I'm sure what i should do to my laptop to get connection to the internet. Can somebody please help me.

The laptop may be trying to use the same static IP, just bump it up one notch.

Example: Change 192.168.2.6 to 192.168.2.7
