cable modem - no internet

Hello again TSF

I changed to cable like 5 days ago, everything was fine until yesterday when their signal fell or something (no TV nor internet). Today the techs came to the neighborhood and managed to fix the problem, they told me the internet would come back in like 2 hours max, (the TV signal came back already). I called and they said it was a problem with me and that they would come next week or something ( tech support here sucks ).

I logged onto the modem but it was like Chinese for me so I'm asking to see if theres anything that I could do that the techs would do next week since cable company said there was no problem in the zone.

Here are some pics and a log, hope you can help,

Thanks!

Lolo

Re: cable modem - no internet

For whatever reasons, a couple of times my modem appeared to be 'off'. When unplugging it from the outlet and the computer for a few minutes didn't work, I tried the reset button on the back of it. That worked.
