ISP for Verizon DSL blocking port 8443
My daughter is taking an on line course w/ Western Kentucky University. She has to access a chat session that uses port 8443 which Verizon DSL seems to be blocking. She turned all the firewalls off on her computer and the problem is still there. Does anyone know a solution to this problem? Thanks pminkin
