frequent cable internet disconnection...help
yo, everyone,
so i have this lenovo laptop right? and cable internet. it used to work fine but one day it rained and i had to call the isp folks to fix the switch or something and they did but now my internet keeps disconnecting every 1 to 2 minutes. its very annoying. it wasnt always like this. by the way i have vista home basic and 128kbps cable internet access. and another strange thing is that the internet works fine from 11 pm onwards. but from 9 am it starts disconnecting frequently again. i had to reconnect three times while typing this. so what do you guys think? is it my computer? my ethernet card modem? or my isp? please help. |

Re: frequent cable internet disconnection...help
Think it is ISP problem. If you have fine connection from 11PM to 9AM, then it is their problem and they need to solve it.
Also about disconnecting, switch might be damaged since it rained, and they did not fix it properly. Contact your ISP provider. |
