Adsl Slower Than Advertised
Hi,
I have had the same ISP and conection package with a long time.Orange(Spain) 20MB/1MB. Ihad always been happy with it and never questioned the speed.I have a wireless connection form a Thompson Speedtouch 585 v6. However I have had issues lately with voice chat on PS3 so I started investigating it. After various other things I tried a speed test just to see....results at this link  Need less to say i was a bit upset.....At the time of the test my laptop was the only thing connected to it. I know the first step is to contact the ISP but I always try the forms to get the real peoples perspective. Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated

Talk to the ISP, this kind of issue is not likely to be solved without them in the loop.
