Re: Help please wireless
Darbyshire,
I'm assuming that you're talking about a wireless router. If this is the case, you can usually "factory reset" the router by depressing the reset button with a pen or un-bent paperclip. The reset button is usually found on the back or bottom of the router - through a small round hole in the case. Doing this WILL wipe out any/all configuration/security settings on the router. If you want to re-establish these settings, you'll need to login to the router via a browser (from a connected PC), login (see manual or mfg's support site for default username/password) and reconfigure the router using the web-based interface. - John
