bandwith problems
I have 3 Linksys WAP54G's that cover a single floor office that is approx 7500 sq ft. Our pc wireless adapters are Linksys WMP55AG's. We use Rumba's ProClient v531 to connect to our AS400. There is a 2-3 minute wait period from the time the program is launched to the time the login screen appears. We also have a few PC's that use ethernet cable and there is no delay on these.I spoke with Rumba techs and they said that this is a bandwidth problem. Would upgrading our wireless adapters improve this? Perhaps just putting another WAP in the troublespot would help? Our current WAP's are about 60 ft apart.

If you have decent signal strength, I doubt more WAP's will do any good. Are you running them on different channels to keep the interference down? I recommend channels 1, 6, and 11 for the three. If you run any more, you'll have to get creative.
