my dsl has slowed down ALOT! please help!

ok we have dsl provided by Valor here is the web link www.Valornet.com
and it used to ge about 150 to 160kb a sec and some times if i downloaded stuff from a good provider higher but then i purchesed an Xbox and xbox live but the xbox live service i have the lowest speed! im not sure if its my connection or what but no one else has that low of a speed (it shows the speed pn the score) please help

Does it lag at all? If the game is lagging then you'll have to contact xbox live tech support or your dsl tech support for known issues. Since you didn't mention it I'm assuming it's not. With the lowest speed being reported, and no lag, then it is probably just a problem with how xbox is reporting your speed, not the actual dsl going slow. Also, if you comp is still running at full speed then it is most likely just reporting the wrong number, which wont have an effect on your gaming. You may also need to check online to see if xbox live requires certain ports on your router to be opned, with them closed it might not be able to get a ping and is just reporting it as the lowest.
