Westell DSL Model 6100 Disconnectin problem

I get disconnected like every 10min to 2 or 3 hours. then it connects back it get really anoyying when im playing a game online and disconnect if anyone knows how to fix this problem i really need your help...

is mine and i have the same exact problem where it would just disconnect suddenly (the internet light would go out and the DSL light would flash constantly. i use the ethernet). would it be better if i just switch to the USB line when this happens?
