Modem reset to no connection
Yesterday I hard reset my modem and at first, every light on my modem display is on, so I figured I turn off and on my modem and it solved the problem.
Today when I turned on the modem, only the power and "diag" light is on and I can have no connectivity to the internet. Can someone please tell me what happened? :) |

Power cycle your cable modem again and this time, take ever cable plugged into it off and leave the cable modem off for a straight 10min.
Then plug everything back on and see if you can able to get a connection. good luck computer_doctor |

Sounds like the modem may have died. The Diag light is a bad sign.
