Serious Verizon Dsl Problem
Hey fellow techies,
I am a computer support technician and one of my clients has had over 30 days of me trying to get Verizon to fix her constant DSL problem. Every 30 minutes the connection drops. They have sent out a new modem, fixed their end, and a phone connection box on the side of the street, and come to her house, where they informed her that they fixed the problem. We still have the issue, and every time i call in to Verizon and ask for Tier 3, they will not transfer me, the supervisor won't even transfer me. I am at the end of my rope and my client doesn't have $1000.00 to pay me for Verizon being worthless. Anybody have any advice? Verizon is the only internet provider in her area. I'm out of ideas. Re: Serious Verizon Dsl Problem
You clearly have a Verizon issue, and the only people that will ever be able to solve it is Verizon.
I'd call the PUC (or whatever the regulatory body in your state is) and issue a complaint.
