BTHomeHub Connection problems. please help

Hello,

I've emailed BT two times about this about didn't get nowhere. My BTHomehub which is only a few months old suddenly stopped working. My old router can still connect to the internet, however the BTHomeHub was more stable so I want to continue using it again.

BT has send me a link on how to fix the router but didn't really help.

I've attached a screenshot of ipconfig and some error message. Hope you can help. Thanks.

If that's after resetting the BT Home Hub, I'd insist on a replacement. Since your computer and cable are apparently good, the only thing left it that unit.
