Buffalo router, Wireless dead but Lan alive.

I am using Buffalo with WRT firmware upgraded. Everything was working fine but since I confuse to plug the power supply, 3.3 v with a different one 12 v then my router doesn't broadcast the wireless signal anymore but the all LAN are still working. Does anyone know what how to fix this problem? If I want to send back to manufacturer, do I need to put it back to factory firmware?

You have smoked the internal power supply, so I suspect you'll need to buy a new router. This kind of damage is clearly not covered by their warranty.
