Live-Streaming
While live-streaming our church services using Windows Media Encoder and an Osprey 300 Video Capture Card, we cannot hold a steady stream. We keep losing buffer. Comcast Cable doesn't support Static IP, so we can't get a private address. Anyone have any ideas that may help or guide me?

The fact that you don't have a static IP address has no bearing on your issue. You can use a service like DynDNS to map a fixed URL to a dynamic IP address so that the stream is readily accessed.
