EDIMAX AR-7024Wg Router installation

This model is no longer manufactured && support documentation has been deleted from Edimax site.
I am trying to reinstallrouter/reconfigure wireless network after major error -hard drive deleted!
On enteringthe default IP address for the device (http://10.0.0.2) in the browser address box ----> not found.

I need to get there to proceed with installation & set-up.

Anybody got this router model & can help?
Has IP address been changed...unlikely?
Surely would not be deleted?

Regards from Scotland & hope someone can help....

Re: EDIMAX AR-7024Wg Router installation

I think maybe it's time for a new router! I've never seen something like that, all the info is really gone! Just for laughs, I fired off an email to them complaining, let's see what they say.

Re: EDIMAX AR-7024Wg Router installation

No reply yet, I don't hold out much hope.

I'd start shipping for router bargains.

I just got this one, and it's working great so far. I used the PCMCIA card in my wife's laptop, hopefully she'll like the extra speed. http://dealnews.com/D-Link-802-11-n-...te/200277.html
