WRT54GS No Internet light

hey guys,

i've been searching all over the net for answer to this question, but nothing seems to be working.

My WRT54GS wireless router just suddenly quit working. I held the button down and all and i think i reset everything.

The way my net is set up is...my neighbor has a wireless network, and a linksys router. We have also have a wireless router in our house, and something with the firmware versions allows the two routers to bridge together and get a good signal (neighbor is a fair distance away). A friend set this all up one day and is gone now.

None of the computers in my house can connect, dell desktop, dell laptop or hp laptop. They can all "connect to the access point, but no internet is found" (the signal is excellent) i tried configuring IP address on the computers but i think its something to do w/ my router's settings and piggy backing off of my neighbors linksys router. Neither the internet light or the DMZ light comes on when the router is plugged in.

any help on this issue would be much appreciated, thanks.

Darrin

Re: WRT54GS No Internet light

Well, since sharing like that is against the terms of service for the ISP, I'm afraid we can't help you with that issue here. My suggestion would be for you to get your own Internet access.
