Prevent connection Drop during Standby
Hello. I wonder if there is any way I could keep my lan connection when I put my pc to sleep mode. The problem is, it kills the connection and when I get back from standby, there is is within 2 seconds connected again.
But I'd like to keep downloading stuff during standby, and have a more quiet system. I've tried changing some XP settings but nothing works so far. My PC is connected through ethernet to a dsl modem/router. Thanks in advance for any info, excuse me for any bad english ^_^ |

 By definition, when it's in standby, you don't have processing going on.
