Mysterious excessive upload
A friend of mine has used Globalnet as his ISP for many months without problem. His downloading stats have usually been around 1-2 gigabytes per month, with negligible upload stats - he doesn't have his own website and rarely sends attachments with emails. Since Globalnet was taken over by Madasafish at the beginning of this month, his intentional computer usage has not changed, yet he has now received a notification that he has exceeded his monthly activity by download stats of just over 1 gig and uploads of about 4.6 gig. He has no idea what has caused this. I'd be extremely grateful if somebody could shed some light on this mystery!
