New modem
I have recently purchased a new modem. It is a qwest m1000 dsl modem. My Internet service provider is through netzero. I called netzero and got all the information that it asked me for to set it up. It says its connected to the qwest dsl, but in the ISP it just stays at connecting. All lights on the box are solid so I'm not sure what is causing it not to connect. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
