US Robotics v.92 modem
I have a US Robotics v.92 modem and it was working fine and has been for some time, until I installed Quickbooks on my computer. Now I cannot connect as I usually did. The modem still lights up but my PC fails to connect giving me a runtime error of
Runtime error 8015 couldnt set the com state may be one or more invalid communications parameters Checked my software I am using to hit the modem and it all looks good. Could there have been something in the quickbooks installer that is conflicting or maybe turned something off in my system or other software or could this just be a coincidence? Thanks |
