trouble connecting to internet explorer

getting the following messages:
v2featurepluginmgr.dll was not found
motivesb.exe
httpclient52.dll was not found

First, what is your system specs? Second, what are you trying to do?

i am just trying to connect to the internet but i only get so far and then my screen freezes. i can only get out of the screen by logging off

That error appears to be associated with an HP support module. Try uninstalling the HP software and re-installing.
