Help!!! Cisco Soho 97 wont connect

Hi,

I have a Cisco Soho 97 which worked like a charm when I first got it. A couple of months later it went crazy and started disconnecting a lot. Now I plug it in and turn it on, but the only light on is the Power LED. There are Two other lights for the "RXD" and "TXD" that blink at the same time every 10 seconds or so, but nothing else. They keep doing that and it never connects. Could anyone pleeeeeeeeeease help me make it work again. I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Culepatua

Sounds broken. Have you tried a factory reset and reconfiguration?

Check the documentation for the router.

Re: Help!!! Cisco Soho 97 wont connect

LAte reply I know, but turn on the soho and type 10.10.10.1 into your browser address bar. This will start CRWS (Cisco Router Web Setup) and there's an option to restore factory setings.
