Re: Making better connection with 360?
Please supply the following info, exact make and models of the equipment please.
Make/model of the broadband modem. Make/model of the router (if any). Connection type, wired, wireless. If wireless, encryption used, (WEP, WPA, WPA2, etc.) Make/model of network card or wireless adapter. Make/model of your computer (motherboard if home-built). Version and patch level of Windows on all affected machines, i.e. XP-Home (or XP-Pro), SP2, Vista, etc.

Re: Making better connection with 360?
Have you looked into configuring QoS in the router? That may help with the issue.

Re: Making better connection with 360?
Look in the router's web based setup. I don't know what, if any, provision there is. It's possible you'll need a better router to solve the issue. What are they doing to cause issues, and how fast is your ISP connection?

Re: Making better connection with 360?
Actually, your ISP connection is a LOT slower than 100mbit, that's just the speed of your local network.
