connection problems

Hi there,

I really hope someone can help me my pc is not working properly anymore, its very slow and i have problems connecting on my msn the error is key ports, normally i can download movies but now this comes up

and the movies dissapear before they are downloaded?

I really hope this thread gets through, its a miracle i was able to access this.

also I get the fault connection problems on a lot of webpages, sometimes i turn of the router and turn it on again and sometimes my internet connection will be working again but opening a page takes ages and most of the times comes up as blank page, any ideas?
