Looking for cable modem driver

Hello I am looking for a cable modem driver the type of modem is toshiba pcx2200 and can you please give me a link to where I can directly get the driver and I need a reply asap thanks

When I opened the file my computer didn't find the driver with the driver download I got the file but the computer did'nt recognize the driver is there another exe or install program that you can give me to try thanks
