DSL Modem connection
I have new DSL modem and have windows 2003 server and have 35 pc and i would like to connect my dsl moem to my server via switch and i would like to give internet access to my all 35 users so how can i connect my dsl modem to server and use proxy server i would like to know it step by step

What you are looking for would be to use something like RRAS (Routing and Remote Access) which comes with Windows Server 2003. Microsoft TechNet has a slew of documentation and details on RRAS here.
