Dell connection issue with FiOS service

FIOS does not provide a POTS line for all alarm systems. Big issue...also, there seems to be a wireless connectivity issue with Dell internal cards. I had Comcast working just fine with a Linksys wrt54g and when FIOS was installed...could not make a connection with wireless, I tried the Windows utility and the Dell utility. The CSID can be seen, but can't make a successful connection. Any advice would be appreciated.

No POTS line isn't a big issue, I just kept my Verizon copper line.

It would help if you told us what make/model router you have.

Even though it appears you're having the same problem, please start a new thread when you have a new issue. It's very difficult to keep two problems straight and who's working on what in a single thread.
