port forwarding help Cable & Wireless

i need help port forwarding for .torrent files im on a cable & Wireless router with 3 lan ports taken and 4 computers on wireless

any help would be much appreciated

but there s now port forwarding tab anywere?? can anyone help me

there is how ever port mapping :S

the modle of the cable and wireless is: CWADSLMIMO
