Unable to connect to the internet

Basically, I've just got a new PC and I'm unable to connect to the internet, this is because I have lost my ISP's installion disc and am only able to install the Modem it's self, which is a Thomson Speedtouch 330. I can choose to connect to "Speedtouch USB", but what I need to be able to is connect to "Homecall Broadband", like I can on this PC. Am I scewed or is there some way around it, like copying certain files over ? I tried copying the entire "Thomson" folder, but no luck there.

I can provide a screenshot if needed, the interface I've always used to connect to Homecall Broadband is totally different to that of the Speedtouch USB. Please note I'm unable to connect to "Speedtouch USB" using my Homecall account details.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Unable to connect to the internet

You can download the drivers for your USB modem from the ISP's website. Other than the drivers, you normally don't need any other software to connect.

What is the ISP and the version/patch level of Windows.

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
