Post Bandwidth division

Hi,

We are plannig to purchase cisco 1841 router which will work on leased line from ISP, by which we will use internet as well as VoIP phones. We also wanted to dedicate certain bandwidh for VoIP and certain for internet browsing.

i wanted to know that how can we do that so that dedicated bandwidth will be used by VoIP and internet browsing .

Re: Bandwidth division

I don't know that specific router, but I'm betting it has QoS capability, and should do what you're looking to do.

Re: Bandwidth division

Check the manual, here's the page for the 1800 series: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps5875/index.html

From their webpage talking about the 1841
