Problem with Disconnection

For the past few days my internet connection has been acting up, I keep getting this message

Unable to resolve your redirection DNS entry
Please clear browser cache close and then reopen it to try again

Can someone explain what is going on?

Do as it says and clear your browser cache first.

After this, do you still have the problem??
