Fast downloads... but slow page browsing

Ok, my problem is that since we got our new Netopia router/modem from our ISP, we've had improved download speeds... like... I can download at around 120 KBp/s, and play games like Counter-Strike and America's Army online without problems. But when I open up an internet browser, pages load really insanely slow... I would guess that they load at around 6KBp/s.... I can still get the pages to come up, but it's just slow... and I don't understand how I can get such fast speeds on everything else internet-related but not page browsing! I might add that when I log on my PSP (playstation portable) I can surf the web at normal speeds wirelessly. I have a Netopia 2247NWG router/modem, and I dunno if that's the problem but it might help. My IP is also static on my home network, and other than that I don't know what other information I can give you that might help... my System Specs are in my signature.

Sounds like you may have spyware/malware, I'd consider posting a HijackThis log in our HJT Help forum here.
