how do i open port for modem?
i just brought a pc without a modem installed, so i have installed an internal modem and everything works and there are no conflicts, but when i tried to go online i got "dns server unreachable" also there is was no dialing tone. So i tried to query the modem i got the message that "the port needs to be opened?" when i tried it, any help anyone has would be extremely appreciated please!
