I have been back and forth with Verizon tech support I have had a variety of problems. The problem I am having now is for some crazy reason I can not open Mozilla fire fox with out opening up Internet explore first. Then if I am away more then 15 minutes I click on Mozilla icon it flickers and nothing happens I restart and go through the same sequence opening up Internet explorer then Fire Fox. I looked in Administrator tools Events it said the event never closed the registry for some reason Mozilla hangs up with this modem .I had Comcast for 3 years and never had this problem. Some back ground. I have been in computers for 35 years I spent about 1 year in support services I hurt my back and now I am on permanent disability. I haven’t worked with DSL but just by gathering information on the net I am learning about Westell 6100. Is there anyway in Mozilla I can change I hve it set to find the proxy automaticly.
