Noobish Question about Routers

Is it possible to have a wireless rounter that *also* has wired ports?
For instance I have a laptop and an Xbox 360
I don't want to buy the (Stupid 100 dolar!) wireless peice that I would need for my Xbox to go online, so I would like to use an ethernet cable...but I would also like for my laptop to be able to pick up the wireless signal so that I don't have to stay chained to my room to be online...

So all that's just me ranting lol my question is are there wireless routers with ports for a wired ethernet?

Thank you ^^

Routers (at least consumer ones) have a built in 4 port switch. Wireless routers are just wired routers with wireless capabilities built in. It should have 4 ethernet ports, a wan port, and wireless access point.

I have a linksys wireless b/g router with a 4 port switch, and I have all the wired ports occupied. Suffice it to say that the wireless still works, or else I wouldn't be typing this message right now
